#146Devil's Crown"His special customer"Trinket
Replaces Treasure Rooms with special Red Treasure Rooms that contain items from the Devil Room item pool. Items inside must be payed for with heart containers, just like a regular Devil Deal.

The trinket will immediately convert Treasure Rooms if they haven't been previously visited. The same goes vice-versa, dropping the trinket will convert the room back to a normal one.

Does not affect the Silver Treasure Rooms in Greed Mode.
Unlock: Defeat Mother as Azazel.
