The Relic item
The Relic is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a small blue cross familiar that follows Isaac around and drops a 
Soul Heart every 8 rooms.
The first Soul Heart is dropped after 7 rooms.

Defeat Isaac as 
Magdalene.
