Little Horn is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Grants Isaac the ability to deal 3.5 contact damage to enemies, 2 times per second.

Grants a luck-based chance to fire tears that summon Big Horn's hand. The hand will grab and crush any non-boss enemy, killing them instantly.

The hand will attack bosses 3 times, dealing 12 damage per hit.

The hand is able to push enemy projectiles and increase their speed, which may prove more difficult to dodge.

The chance of firing the special tear start at 5% with 0 luck, going up to 20% at 15 luck.

The special tears can kill otherwise invulnerable enemies, such as Peep's eyes, Death's Heads, Stoneys & Stone Grimaces.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Little Horn or Big Horn.
