Beth's Pan is an unlockable active item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be swung into the cardinal directions to use a melee attack that deals 10 damage and shoot out a barrage of 6-10 tears that deal 3.5 damage each. The direction of the swing is controlled by fire keys.

The melee attack deals double damage to demon enemies.
