For the cost of 10¢, will permanently give Isaac a random familiar item, similarly to Soul of Lilith. Has a 25% chance of leaving with each pay out.

Has a 7.6% chance to spawn at shops.

When destroyed
• Spawns 2-5 minisaacs.
