Red Mimic Chest is an unlockable pickup in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On contact Isaac will be sent to a special arena containing demon themed enemies.

Upon completion the challenge an exit will be opened and random assortment of pickups will be spawned.

Possible drops:
• Bombs
• Random pills
• Tarot cards (This includes Reversed Tarot Cards and Torn Tarot Cards)
• Guaranteed 0 - The Fool card
• Bone Hearts
• Black Hearts
• Random Secret Room item (Exclusive to The Chest and Dark Room)

Has a 5% chance to replace Red Chests.
