Spawns 4 star orbitals around Isaac.

Tears that pass through a star gain a random tear effect depending on its color.

The color of each star changes per room.

Possible colors and effects:

✦ Orange: Fire Mind, Knockout Drops, The Parasite.
✦ Yellow: Sulfuric Acid, Confusion, Head of Keeper.
✦ Blue: Frozen, Jacob's Ladder, Shrink.
✦ White: Spectral, Slowing, Rubber Cement.
✦ Green: Poison, Mysterious Liquid, Booger.
✦ Purple: Homing, Fear, Charm.
