Cat Tar is a familiar in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-0.5 fire rate.
Grants a familiar that constantly spews black creep that slows down enemies.
Standing on any player-made black creep grants slowing tears, -0.7 speed and +1.0 fire rate.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
