Cat-aracts item
Cat-aracts is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enables the game's filter setting.
Enemies take a minimum of x0.25 damage when hit from far away to a maximum of x1.5 damage when hit from up close.
Enemies become inflicted with confusion while they are 5 or more tiles away.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
