Cat's Glasses is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies have a 40% chance to become duplicated upon room entry.
Duplicated enemies have a small chance to drop a 
Half Soul Heart on death.
Scales with luck with a maximum of 30% at 5 luck.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
