Description
On use
Spawns 0-2 
Pennies.
Has a base 3% chance to consume the item and spawn a random item from the current room's item pool.
Scales with luck with a maximum of 15% at 9 luck.
While held
Takes 1¢ in every new room.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
