Cat's Candle is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+1 Black Heart.
While held
+1.0 fire rate while Curse of the Blind! is active.
Automatically gives Curse of the Blind if the Devil Deal chance is at 100%.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
This item replaces Black Candle where it would normally appear.
