On pickup +1 Black Heart.

While held Grants immunity to every curse except for Curse of the Blind!.

Automatically gives Curse of the Blind if the Devil Deal chance is at 100%.

Drops a Black Heart every time Curse of the Blind is given.

Only appears while playing as Bael.

This item replaces Black Candle where it would normally appear.
