Cat Burglar is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Removes 75% of Bael's money on pickup.
Drops a certain amount of random pickups based on how much money was lost: floor[(moneyTaken - 7) × 0.2].
Scales with luck. Drops a maximum of 2 additional pickups at 5 luck.
Grants Bum Friend.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
