Coin on a String is an unlockable passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Destroying a 
Slot Machine has an x% chance to drop 5-15 extra coins.
x% is displayed above the machine and can be re-rolled by paying the machine.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Bael.
