Cat's Cap is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Removes all of Isaac's Soul Hearts if possible.
+0.16 fire rate for every Soul Heart removed.
-0.16 shot speed.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
Transformations
Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
