Cat's Contagion item
Cat's Contagion is a passive item in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering a new room has a 33% chance to add a green aura to a random enemy that deals damage if Isaac lingers inside.
This aura also deals damage to other enemies (5% of their max health 3 times per second, but no more than 2 damage) down to half their health.
The item's effects cannot be triggered in small and narrow rooms.
Only appears while playing as Bael.
