Baphomet's Paw is an unlockable active item in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon use, converts Red Heart Container into an item that is random with these probabilities:
• 60% - Quality 1.
• 20% - Quality 0.
• 10% - Quality 2.
• 5% - Quality 3.
• 5% - Quality 4.

Defeat Hush as Baphomet.
