Lil Dr. Fetus is an unlockable familiar in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that charges and shoots sawblade tears that home in on enemies and deal piercing damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Lamb as Tainted Baphomet.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
