Conjoined Baby item
Conjoined Baby is an unlockable familiar in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and shoots tears from the back and front.
When the familiar takes damage, it splits into two different familiars that shoot forward for the current room.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as Tainted Baphomet.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
