Description
Tainted Baphomet is blindfolded and cannot shoot any tears on his own, thus relies on his Twisted Pair to deal damage.
Cannot have Red Heart containers. Any item that gives Red Heart containers will grant a 
Black Heart instead.
Bone Hearts turn into 8 Book of the Dead orbital bone familiars when picked up.
