Childbirth Knife item
Childbirth Knife is an unlockable active item in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When used, gives Isaac a random familiar at the cost of:
Removes a red heart container.
If Isaac has only soul hearts, remove one single soul heart.
If playing as The Lost, it does not take anything.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Tainted Baphomet.
