Baphomet's Head item
Baphomet's Head is an unlockable passive item in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac takes damage, performs the baphomet rage ability.
Gives 1 Soul Heart.
+0.3 speed.
Blood Donation Machine and 
Devil Beggar won't trigger the ability.
As Baphomet, it stops rage from triggering when donating to beggars or machines.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Baphomet.
