Tainted Baphomet's Eye is an unlockable passive item in Baphomet, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac has a 20% chance to shoot an Eye of Belial tear with its buff, even without hitting an enemy first.
100% at 10 luck.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard Mode as Tainted Baphomet.
