Description
On use Grants the effect of Cavity for the current room.
While held If Isaac doesn't have Wrapped Candy, 20% chance for items that are generated from the following pools to be replaced with Wrapped Candy:
• Treasure Room
• Shop
• Secret Room
• Curse Room
• Planetarium
• Red Chest
• Beggar
• Demon Beggar
• Baby Shop
