Agar Jelly item
Agar Jelly is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
15% chance to spawn a random trinket upon taking damage.
If there are at least 2 trinkets on the ground, taking damage instead has a 15% chance to gulp 2 random trinkets in the room.
Gulping a trinket heals Isaac for a half red heart, or a half soul heart if this would be impossible.
