Pool Blaster is an active item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Shoots 3 yellow tears in quick succession that have the Rubber Cement effect.
Each tear deals 9 + ceil(CurrentFloor / 2) * 6 damage.
