Cosmic Pearl item
Cosmic Pearl is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives a chance to shoot a teal tear which teleports enemies away from Isaac.
The chance to shoot a teleporting tear starts at 20% at 0 luck, and increases up to 100% at 36 luck: (0.8 / 36 * LuckStat) + 0.2
Enemies that teleport from the tear take 1 second to teleport, slowing down their AI and preventing them from dealing contact damage to Isaac while teleporting. After the 1 second, the enemy takes damage based on Isaac's fire rate and damage stats, and the distance teleported.
