Fancy Pants item
Fancy Pants is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+2.0 speed for the first 5 seconds of a room, or the first 15 seconds in a Boss Room.
The effect also activates in cleared rooms, allowing for fast backtracking.
