Another Karma item
Another Karma is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Transform the coin-priced or free closest item (including items that are being held over Isaac's head) into a random beggar and 3~5 coins, with a 50% chance to spawn a Penny Trinket.
Will not spawn beggars if there are 7 or more machines/beggars.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
