Penny trinkets may affect beggar pools.

Except Birthright (shop price is 0), item price x 300%.

Every time when donating to beggar, item price decreases by about 0.4%.

Hearts are free, and will be saved as "Heart Tokens" when picked up.

Costs 14 Heart Tokens for deadly damage and 2 for damage form machines or beggars.

Donating to beggars increases the maximum of coin health containers until 7.
