Description
Soul Heart character; If no Soul Heart, let Bone Heart becomes
6 hearts limit.
Flight.
Using bomb changes:
• 9 maximum.
• 90% damage down (Ones from bomb key only).
• When using a bomb, teleport and detonate it, firing 4 tears in random directions.
• + 2 bomb when cleaning rooms.
Shop, 
Treasure Room and 
Curse Room will be replaced by special 
Super Secret Room, 
Graveyard.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks on Hard Mode as Benighted Isaac.
