• Bloody Rose (With debuff)
• Preserved Fog (With debuff)
• Fiddle (With debuff)
• Whispering Earring (With debuff)
• Sere Talon (With debuff)
• Music Box
• Jeweled Mask
• Choices Paradox
• Distinguished Cape

When entering this room, all doors will be removed.

If one of events below happened, spawns Ladder in this room:
• Any item is picked up (not only items above).
• Empty pedestal exists.
• Exit the game.

The Choose does not have an associated item pool.
