False GHD is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+2 bombs.
Spawns XVI - The Tower.
While held
When entering a new room, destroys all common rocks, and spawns Spiked Rocks or Bomb Rocks instead.
When destroying an obstacle, gains +0.02 damage this level, with a 3% chance to spawn a Tinted Rock Spider.
