Panacea item
Panacea is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Full Health.
Removes all Broken Hearts.
Stats cannot be below the standard.
Removes all Disease Items from pools.
Removes all Disease Items from Isaac, and spawns an equal number of items from the Treasure Room pool.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
