Master Round item
Master Round is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+1 Red Heart container, and full health.
While held
Keeps the Secret Exit open.
Clearing a Boss Room without being hurt spawns another Master Round.
Changing rooms will reset the hurt record.
