Confronting C is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Blue Flies and Locusts can block projectiles.

In the current room, for every enemy that newly appears, spawn 2 locusts (not Abyss ones).

Defeat ??? on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
