Falsehood of Azazel is a consumable in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Hurts for one heart, grants another Falsehood of Azazel, and increases the counter.

Every time the counter increases, a bonus comes, similar to Sacrifice Room:
• 1 & 2: A coin.
• 3: (66.7%) +15% angel chance.
• 4: Bomb Chest.
• 5: (66.7%) + 50% angel chance; (33.3%) 3 coins.
• 6: (33.3%) teleports to Devil / Angel Room; (66.7%) Bomb Chest.
• 7: (33.3%) an Angel Room item; (66.7%) Bomb Chest.
• 8: A bomb.
• 9: Key Piece 1.
• 10: Key Piece 2.
• 11: (50%) 7 Half Soul Heart; (50%) 15 coins.

Removes this on a new level unless the counter is above 11, and resets the counter.
