Fomalhaut item
Fomalhaut is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants fire and explosion immunity.
When an enemy is hurt for the first time, spawn a blue flame lasting for 18 seconds.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as Benighted Lost.
