Goatify is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Goats become friendly, gain fire, spikes, and explosion immunity and will not be hurt in a cleared room.

When hurt, transforms the non-boss attacker into a Goat.

On use Spawns 1~2 Goats with double HP, and then consumes all Wheat to increase Goats' HP (+30 for each one).

Defeat Delirium on Hard Mode as Benighted Cain and Abel.
