Grail item
Grail is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+ 1 empty Red Heart container.
Spawns XV - The Devil.
While held
When a room is cleared, 5% chance to spawn XV - The Devil, +5% chance for every different kind of heart.
After using XV - The Devil, +0.15 damage (persistent), and enemies will drop temporary hearts when killed in the current room.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted ???.
