Elegiast Winter is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns IX - The Hermit.

While held When the room is cleared, 10% chance to spawn IX - The Hermit.

Using IX - The Hermit for the first time in a level teleports to a special Shop.

The Shop contains:
• 9 Special Shopkeepers.
• A priced item whose name includes a vanilla character's name (e.g. Steven includes "eve").
• A Falsehood.
• A Soul or a Bone Heart.

Only one pickup can be bought in the Shop.

Restock has no effect on the Shop.

Defeat ??? on Hard Mode as Benighted ???.
