Knock is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns V - The Hierophant.

While held 30% chance to spawn V - The Hierophant for hurt every 5 times.

When using V - The Hierophant, tries to open red special rooms, and gain a Broken Heart for every special room opened.

When entering the Ultra Secret Room, removes 5 Broken Heart.
