Old Penny trinket
Old Penny is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When picking up a coin, the game timer decreases by 5 × Value × TrinketMultiplier seconds, and if it is below 10 minutes, 25% chance to spawn a random pickup (like The Book of Sin).
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
