Nloths Mask trinket
Nloths Mask is an unlockable trinket in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The next pedestal item will be replaced by Mystery Gift, and then removes this trinket.
With Mom's Box, spawns 1 extra Mystery Gift.
The golden version spawns 1 extra Mystery Gift.
Only one Nloths Mask is valid for a time.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush on Hard Mode as Benighted Keeper.
