Turbo item
Turbo is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When gained, full charge till the extra charge bar for active items.
The next pedestal item will be replaced by another Turbo, and then removes all Turbo from Isaac.
No effect on error or quest items.
