Tainted Jacob's cake trinket
Tainted Jacob's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Jacob.
Dark Esau consumes the trinket upon damaging Jacob, preventing him from turning into a ghost.
After this occurs, Dark Esau and Anima Sola will target enemies for the rest of the floor.
