Tainted Bethany's cake is a trinket in Birthcake, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as 
Tainted Bethany.
The next use of Lemegeton will consume the trinket and spawn 2 Lemegeton wisps from the current room's item pool.
