Patient Zero item
Patient Zero is an unlockable passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Touching an enemy will indefinitely charm it and will go on to spread the charm to nearby enemies.
How to unlock?
Defeat Hush as Abel.
