Sex Pest (Beggar) is a machine in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can only appear in Demon Town

Costs an entire Red Heart container or Bone Heart to play.

If Isaac has no red hearts, it will take 3 Soul Hearts.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

When playing as Keeper or Tainted Keeper, the beggar will take 15 coins.

Does not affect Angel Room chances.

After paying enough hearts, spawn item from Sex Pest item pool.

Has 25% to disappear upon payoff

Cannot be destroyed.

When bombed Instantly disappear
