Steven is an unlockable character in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Little Steven (innate)

Cannot have Red Heart containers. Any item that gives Red Heart containers will grant a Soul Heart instead.

Starts with homing tears and Little Steven familiar which moves like Abel but behaves like Stitches and which can switch places with Steven upon pressing DROP button.

Little Steven deals 1.8 contact damage per tick

Defeat The Lamb after teleporting to Dark Room via Sacrifice Room in Chapter 1
